Shipping policy

*IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE*
Because of high parcel volumes and covid precautions, deliveries might take a little longer. Please be aware that the COVID-19 Omicron variant is causing staffing shortages and placing added pressure on Sendle delivery partners. Your patience is appreciated while Sendle continues to deliver in a way that keeps all Sendlers (delivery staff, you, and your customers) as safe as possible. ‘Signature on Delivery’ has been changed to ‘Authority to Leave’ to eliminate person-to-person contact. 


SHIPPING TERMS

All items are shipped directly from Scarborough QLD, Australia. Although our preferred carrier is Sendle, we may sometimes ship your order with an alternative carrier at our discretion. This is to ensure we can service more areas with greater efficiency. 

Once an order is paid in full and then fulfilled, you will receive an email from Soclasa Bowhemian with your tracking details. 

We offer a flat rate shipping of $8.95 for standard post, $15 for express and free standard shipping for orders above $60.00AUD in value for domestic (within Australia) orders only.
