Refund policy

Your happiness and satisfaction is extremely important and we hope you love and treasure your Solcasa Bowhemian products. Product returns must meet the following conditions: 

  • All returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your item. 
  • Items must be in an original, unworn condition. 
  • Personalised items can not be exchanged or refunded.
  • We do not exchange or refund on change of mind purchases or sale items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • All items are made to the highest standard and are quality checked before being sent to you. However if you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.
