Important Product Information


Solcasa Bowhemian accessories are not toys. Your child's safety is very important to us and we want to ensure they stay safe, so please do not leave babies or young children unattended with these products. In cases of extreme heat, please do not place turbans on children as this can cause them to overheat. It is also important that head accessories should not be worn during unsupervised sleep as they can pose a suffocation and choking risk.  Always follow SIDs guidelines for your baby. Products are hand made to order by myself only, so please allow between 2-7 business days lead time plus delivery. Custom orders may have a slightly longer lead time. I will always aim to get your products to you as soon as I possibly can.

Please keep in mind that all fabric and products are hand cut and hand made which means that each item will vary ever so slightly in size and fabric pattern placement. This can change the appearance of personalisation on patterned fabrics.

All photos are taken with the aim to accurately depict true colours however they may appear slightly different in person to the images on a screen. 



When caring and cleaning your Solcasa Bohemian products, please only spot clean or cool hand wash with care and dry flat in shade. Do not bleach, machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or iron. Regarding clothing, avoid ironing over any elastic as this can cause damage and breakage to the elastic. If your mini bow hair clip products need cleaning, please spot clean clean with a damp cloth.

We do not offer refunds on any custom products, due to the significant amount of time it takes to create each individual item, refunds on these particular items are not optional.

Product returns must meet the following conditions: 

  • We do not refund or exchange change of mind purchases.
  • All returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your item. 
  • Items must be in an original, unworn condition. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • All items are made to the highest standard and are quality checked before being sent to you. However if you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.
